Artichoke & Spinach Quiche

Our Spinach, Artichoke & Parmesan Dip gives classic recipes a rich and savory twist. Try using it in place of cheese and spinach in a classic quiche recipe.


  1. PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. BEAT eggs with milk.
  3. ADD cherry tomatoes to the egg mixture and pour into the pie shell.
  4. DOLLOP Spinach, Artichoke & Parmesan Dip by the teaspoon into the egg mixture.
  5. BAKE in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until eggs are set and golden on top.

For brunch entertaining, we like a light, crisp Pinot Blanc paired with this quiche, but the dip on on its own calls for something much bolder like a Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot.
