Peppermint Bark Whoopie Pie

This fluffy classic is a timeless dessert staple. Peppermint Bark Whoopie Pies deliver the crowd-pleasing flavor combination of chocolate and peppermint with a delightful sponge cake texture and a rich cream cheese filling.


  1. PREHEAT  oven to 400 F.
  2. MIX together flour, salt, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside.
  3. LINE two baking pans with parchment paper.
  4. MIX butter and sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  5. ADD eggs, buttermilk and vanilla to creamy mixture and beat until well combined.
  6. SLOWLY add dry ingredients.
  7. MIX until well combined.
  8. USE a 1oz ice cream scoop to place cookies on lined baking sheets.
  9. BAKE for 12 minutes.
  10. PLACE cookies on a cooling rack until cookies reach room temperature.
  11. SPREAD Peppermint Bark Dip onto each cookie.
  12. SANDWICH cookies together.
  13. SERVE and enjoy.
