Sweet and Salty Gingerbread Pie


This silky smooth pie with rich gingerbread flavors and a sprinkle of flaked sea salt makes a perfect holiday dessert.


  1. PREHEAT  oven to 400 F
  2. FIT crust in to 9″ pie plate
  3. LINE crust with with foil; fill with pie weights
  4. BAKE for 15-20 min, remove pie weights, bake for additional 5 minutes
  5. SET ASIDE pie crust and allow to cool completely
  6. REDUCE oven temperature to 350 F
  7. WHISK together Gingerbread Dessert Dip, egg yolks and brown sugar until blended; scrape filling into pie crust
  8. BAKE for 25-30 minutes or until filling is set
  9. TRANSFER to cooling rack and allow to cool completely
  10. USE electric mixer to whip heavy cream
  11. SERVE each slice with a heavy dollop of fresh whipped cream and a sprinkle of flaked sea salt
