Turkey Burger with Cranberry Jalapeño Spread

A turkey burger that tastes like Thanksgiving with an extra kick.

Ingredients

  • 4 turkey patties, either frozen or fresh (6 oz. each)
  • 1 package Stonemill® Kitchens Cranberry Jalapeno Dip
  • 4 burger buns, whole wheat
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 6 oz. mixed baby greens
  • 4 oz. alfalfa sprouts

Directions

  1. If grilling turkey patties, turn grill on and pre-heat, or heat oiled pan on stovetop at medium.
  2. Cook turkey patties until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F, (approx. 4-5 mins per side or 6-8 mins per side if frozen). Once cooked, place on a plate to rest.
  3. Optional, toast burger buns on grill or in pan. After toasting, spread Stonemill® Kitchens Cranberry Jalapeno Dip on top and bottom buns.
  4. Assemble burger in the following order: bottom bun, mixed baby greens, tomato, turkey patty, alfalfa sprouts, top bun.
  5. Serve immediately!
