1. Set oven to broil.
2. Mix drained shrimp with half the package of Stonemill Kitchens® Artichoke, Jalapeño & Parmesan Dip.
3. Split and toast English muffin, then top one half with a slice of tomato, the shrimp mixture, and a slice of cheddar cheese on top. Repeat with the other half of the toasted English muffin.
4. Place on an ungreased baking sheet in oven on middle or bottom rack.
5. Broil until cheese is thoroughly melted and shrimp mixture is heated through (approximately 2 minutes).
